Pioneering the vehicle rental industry for the last 50 years, Cruise America was ready to look toward the future. Understanding that consumers differentiate travel from vacation is what drove the brand refresh. Travelers expect early alarm clocks, delays and long days of luggage-hauling monotony. We began the refresh and brand management by shifting focus from the process of renting a motorhome to the vacation experience itself. At Cruise America, travel is vacation.
