Owning and operating hundreds of medical office buildings across the country takes dedication and support. Healthcare Trust of America (NYSE: HTA) came to us looking for an innovative website that reflected their industry-leading commitment. Knowing the largest healthcare REIT in the nation acquires global investment, we built a platform that would attract high caliber investors while showcasing the value of the company.
HTA has built strong relationships with investors and tenants while expanding their full-service operating platform. We were tasked with designing and building an equally strong digital platform. The complete revamp valued accessibility, simplicity and a fresh approach to real estate investing.
Collaborating with S&P Global, we were able to redesign how Investor Relations information and analytics are organized and presented – producing an easy to use library of financials. The new site focuses on the future growth of the portfolio and an intuitive user experience.

HTA needed a contemporary site that delivers precise statistics for investors and also celebrates its tenants. Information is presented in an organized and professional manner with dramatic asset photography that emphasizes corporate responsibility. Finding relevant content quickly and intuitively was our mission to help users easily navigate the corporate hub.
Systematic Global Insights
Shareholder experience is paramount, as the site is required to grow with the company. In large part the Investor Relations portal needed to be streamlined and built out to be a strong tool for current and prospective investors. Access to a multitude of resources including current and historical data, a library of documents and financial reports is available without feeling content-heavy. Collaborating with S&P to present all data accurately and with full functionality allowed us to focus on defining hierarchy and structuring navigation.
